Build Your Career with a Therapist-Owned Practice That Understands School-Based SLPs

At Speech Infinity Therapy Group, you'll work with a clinician-led practice that understands the realities of school-based therapy. We know what the job requires because we've done it ourselves. Our goal is to provide the support, guidance, and flexibility you need to focus on what matters most — helping students communicate, learn, and succeed.

Join a team where your expertise is valued, your time is respected, and your work makes a difference.

The Speech Infinity Advantage

Built the Way Therapists Actually Want to Work

Therapist-owned leadership

The practice is run by a practicing SLP, not an administrator. Decisions are made by someone who has carried the caseload.

Direct access to an experienced SLP

Questions get answered by a clinician with 20+ years in schools — usually the same day, never through a ticket queue.

Supportive supervision

SLPAs and clinical fellows get real mentorship and structured supervision, not a signature at the end of the month.

Long-standing school partnerships

Stable, long-term placements with campuses that know us. No scrambling between assignments every few weeks.

Reasonable caseload expectations

We size contracts deliberately so you can do the work well. Overloaded clinicians produce compliance problems.

Bilingual opportunities

English/Spanish caseloads for bilingual clinicians, with the support to do bilingual assessment correctly.

Professional growth

Room to expand your skills across evaluations, ARD facilitation, and bilingual practice as you grow with us.

Streamlined documentation & administrative support

We keep paperwork lean and back you up on the administrative side so your time goes to students.

Flexible schedule

2–3 days per week, 5–7 hour workdays. Build a caseload that fits around your life instead of consuming it.
