Compensation & Responsibilities
Rates below are starting rates for the 2026–2027 school year

| SLPA — Clinical Assisting | $30/hr | Clinical assisting hours, direct therapy under direct supervision, and data collection |
| SLPA — Licensed | $40/hr | Direct therapy under supervision; implementing treatment plans and tracking progress |
| CCC-SLP | $65/hr | Direct therapy, evaluations, IEP goal writing, and ARD meeting participation |
